The Girl at the Table The ballroom was very large and elegant that night, full of music and light. The large chandeliers hung above the crowds of chatting, eating, or dancing people around the room. The room was covered in the colors of white, gold, and silver with tables covered in exquisite foods and drinks lining the walls of the room. The music floated around the room from instruments that played themselves on a small stage in front of the dance floor, where multiple couples danced.
